This adapter clamps to a 95mm lens barrel and provides a 95mm x 1.0 female thread for those lens barrels that don't have threads, such as Zeiss Ultra Prime and Leica Summicron-C.  Now standard 95mm filters can be attached easily to cine lenses with 95mm front barrel diameter.
